An ingredient like caffeine is used in formulating PhenQ, which is linked with the fat-burning process and is also used in many other dietary supplements. It may also stimulate focus and alertness.

As per their ingredient profile, PhenQ also contains nopal cactus, which is said to be rich in amino acids and that could also accelerate weight loss in your body.

Another listed ingredient present in PhenQ is Capsimax powder, a blend of capsicum, niacin, piperine, and caffeine. The capsicum plant and piperine have specific thermogenic properties that could enable the body to burn more fat.

A natural ingredient, chromium picolinate, is found in meat, vegetables, and whole grains and is used as an ingredient in PhenQ, which could help you curb your sugar cravings and may also help in managing sugar levels.

My Personal Experience With PhenQ

I have always been a fatty in my physical appearance, so I had developed a habit of staying distant from others as I was conscious of how I looked.

Being bigger does not mean you should lack confidence, but in my case, it was, and it was now taking a toll on my mental and physical health.

My brother had a lean-built physique that could make even the models run for their money. From his initial days, he knew the benefits of exercise which is the reason he was always consistent with his schedule.

One day I decided to go for my morning walk and start with some basic and beginner levels of exercise and I did stick to it for a month. I lost some weight during this month and felt happy about my small accomplishment.

After a few months, my weight loss came to a standstill. I was again disappointed as I was doing everything which I could, but the weight wouldn’t start to budge.

I had to do something about it as I was determined to lose weight and get healthy by whatever means possible. So I changed my diet. I also switched to high-fiber foods. I decided that I will stick to a diet with more whole foods and nutrient-rich food sources and structured my meal plan accordingly.

I never tried to exceed the recommended dosage. However, since I was consuming caffeine already, I decided to cut down my daily caffeine intake.

I took utmost care in maintaining a proper diet and followed a strict workout routine, and all of this resulted in accelerating my weight loss journey.
